Gonzalo Fernández-Castaño was left out of the cut at the Waste Management Phoenix Open after turning in a card for 77 shots. The Spanish golfer had an incredibly hard time amidst the cold and the rain throughout the round that was played on the TPC Scottsdale.
Gonzalo Fernández-Castaño finished with a 72 in the first round of the Waste Management Phoenix Open, which began this Thursday at the TPC Scottsdale. The Spanish golfer made three bogeys and two birdies and currently stands at a result of +1, one shot away from the tournament provisional cut.
Gonzalo Fernández Castaño will play in the Management Phoenix Open this Thursday, second test of the year 2015 after the Human Challenge, where the Madrid native played for four days and finished with a good vibe.
Gonzalo Fernández-Castaño finished out his participation in the Human Challenge with a card of 71 shots on the PGA West Palmer Private in California. The Madrid native ended up in 59th place with an accumulated score of 10 under par.
Gonzalo Fernández-Castaño made the cut at the Humana Challenge, his first tournament of 2015 of the PGA Tour after landing an incredible total of 66 shots in the third round of the tournament.
