Gonzalo Fernández-Castaño is back to the Web.com Tour, starting this Thursday at the Ivanhoe Golf Club, in Chicago. Gonzalo will have to work through the exhaustion and jet lag from so much traveling these past weeks to try to get a good score in the tournament, which marks the mid-way point of the season in the silver division of the PGA Tour.
Thus, it’s a good time to make a turning point in the season for a good performance, to finish within the top 25 of the rankings, those who can count on earning the card for the first division after the season’s end.
Gonzalo will play on Thursday afternoon and on Friday morning. It all depends on how the sky looks as to whether or not there will be good playing conditions, but the forecast is bad weather, with rain and storms throughout all four days, and especially during the first two rounds.
